I'm Victoria — a WSET Level 3 qualified sommelier — and I host small, private tastings built around Spain's grape varieties and growing regions. Real knowledge, no stiffness: we talk through where the grapes grow, how the wine is made, and why it tastes the way it does, over five exceptional Spanish wines and a spread of local snacks.

Nine or more? We move to a favourite wine shop in central Sitges — built for bigger tables, team building and corporate events, same format, bigger room.
Why not make a day of it. A guided walk through the Garraf hills, past the vines that grow the grapes, with views across the coast — before we sit down to taste what the hillside made.
